Sometimes you just want more.
There has been a lot of discussion around the word "BellGrande" lately. The word sounds pretty powerful, but what exactly does it mean?
To answer that, we need to roll back the clock to the time Taco Bell® created the tasty and ever popular Nachos Supreme. It made a whole lot of people VERY happy. The fans absolutely loved them, and yet… some of them started asking for “more”. Taco Bell heard their call and gave them exactly what they wanted. More. And the Nachos BellGrande® was born.
Now this would be the end of our little story (and definition), but recently an unexpected innovation happened. Taco Bell® went and took their new crispy and boldly seasoned fries and topped them with a hearty portion of seasoned beef, diced tomatoes, reduced-fat sour cream and the ever popular Nacho Cheese Sauce. They call it the all new Nacho Fries BellGrande. I know what you are thinking. Does it deliver on that same great taste as the original Nachos BellGrande®? The short answer is “yes”… and “more”. Make no mistake, the Nacho Fries BellGrande is big. Arguably bigger than big. You might even find it a sufficient size to share with a few of your close friends... if you’re into that sort of thing. One thing is for sure… One bite of the Nacho Fries BellGrande and you (and your friends) will be heading back for, well… more.
To sum it all up. BellGrande, be it Nachos or Nacho Fries, simply means more. A word of warning however. It’s an exclusive term you won’t want to use outside of the Taco Bell realm. Don’t believe us? Try ordering a BellGrande latte (or mocha or whatever)… next time you visit that coffee house down the street. Odds are, the guy behind the counter will simply stare back at you and say… “Bell what?”
