The Rules of Burritos
Everyone knows that the best burritos have time-tested rules. And the Quesarito is no different, or is it? Is that a thing? Do burritos have rules? Asking for a friend…
The first rule of burritos is that burritos are best when they’re also quesadillas. Everyone knows this. The simplicity of a quesadilla makes everything not so simple. Hence why the Quesarito exists. We start with a quesadilla, and then treat that quesadilla like a burrito, full of seasoned beef, creamy chipotle sauce, reduced fat sour cream, nacho cheese sauce, and seasoned rice. Now you may be wondering why this is even a burrito rule when it seems a lot more like a loose opinion. Fair question. We applaud you for asking such a philosophical one at that. But as we’re sure you’re aware, the second rule of burritos is that there are no rules to burritos. For asking such a thought provoking question previously, we expected more out of you, scout. We thought you should have known this because, again, everyone knows this. So technically, it’s OK for that first rule to be a little loose on the rule scale. Now that we think of it, technically the first rule of burritos doesn’t even exist, but it does exist at the same time, since the rule that “there are no rules to burritos” is actually the second rule of burritos. Confused? Yeah, us too. Who wrote these rules anyway? We don’t know. Just remember, the first rule of burritos is that there are no rules. Sounds like a good time, huh? But hey, we ain’t complaining of the no rule policy when it comes to the Quesarito and its fellow brothers. So if we’re not complaining, you shouldn’t be either. Just get yourself a Quesarito and you’ll throw all the rules out the window too.
