  • Why should I create an account versus ordering as a guest?

    If you create an account, you become a Taco Bell Rewards member with access to free rewards, exclusive offers, bonus points challenges and a gift on your birthday. Learn more about the Taco Bell Rewards program here.  

  • What's the difference between my TacoBell.com account and my Taco Bell mobile app account?

    It’s the same account, however, you can only redeem Rewards and access Bonus Point Challenges on the Taco Bell mobile app. 

  • Do I have to have an account to order from the Taco Bell mobile app or TacoBell.com?

    Nope. You can place an order by checking out as a guest.  

  • Where is my credit card and debit card information stored?

  • I can't log into my account with my Apple ID. What do I need to do?

    If you are logging in with your Apple ID and are seeing the ‘Unable to get email’ or ‘Could not authenticate user’ error, try clearing your Apple ID settings for the Taco Bell app. Start by going to your iPhone Settings, then tap your Apple ID Account, Password & Security, Sign In With Apple, then tap Taco Bell and Stop Using Apple ID. Then try signing back into the Taco Bell app. 

  • I can't log into my account with my email address. What do I need to do?

    We’ve gone password-less! Instead of having you enter a password, we will send you a secure link each time you log in. First, double-check to make sure your email address is correct. If you’re sure it's correct, then click “Login” and you will receive an email from Taco Bell in 1-2 minutes. Once you receive the email, a one-time login link will be available which will take you back to the mobile app or website to finish signing in. Just a reminder, this link is only valid for 20 minutes but can be resent if it expires. If you did not receive this email, please check your spam folder, and junk folder to see if the email is in there. 

  • How do I log out of my account?

    On the mobile app, go to “Profile” and then tap “Log Out”. On desktop or mobile web, click on the “Profile” icon and then click on “Log Out. 

  • How do I check my order history?

    On the mobile app, go to “Profile” and then tap “My Orders”. On desktop or mobile web, click on the “Profile” icon and then click on “Orders”. 

  • How do I update my profile?

    On the mobile app, go to “Profile” and then tap “Profile” to update your name, phone number, birthday or close your account. On desktop or mobile web, click on the “Profile” icon and then click on “Account” to update your name, phone number, birthday and notification settings. 

  • How do I transfer my account information if I get a new phone or device?

    Transferring your account information is not necessary. All you need to do is download the Taco Bell mobile app on your new phone or device and log in.
