The Bell is a limited time experience and will open its doors for four exclusive nights in Palm Springs starting on August 8.

How do I book a room?
Reservations are limited and fans have the chance to book a room beginning on June 27.
How old do I have to be to make a reservation?
This experience is meant for Taco Bell super-fans 18 years and older.
Can I book more than one room?
There is a one room per person limit at The Bell.
Getting There + Arrival Details
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in will be at 2PM and check-out is 11AM.
Can I arrive before check-in?
Doors open for check-in at 2PM and guests are welcome to join us at that time.
How do I get there?
The Bell is located in the heart of Palm Springs and is a 10 minute drive from Palm Springs Airport and a two hour drive from Los Angeles.
Where do I park? Is it valet only or is self-parking available?
Complimentary valet parking will be available at the hotel. Please keep in mind that parking is limited to one car per room so carpooling is recommended. Street parking is also available in the area for guests traveling separately, just be sure to check street signs.
About Your Stay
What can I eat at the hotel?
Guests at The Bell will enjoy Taco Bell’s version of a poolside resort menu in addition to exclusive Taco Bell menu items that will make their debut at The Bell.
What can I do at the hotel?
There are a number of activities at The Bell. Besides lounging poolside listening to our House DJ, you can visit our on-site salon, go on a shopping spree at The Taco Shop Gift Shop, take in a dive-in movie, and so much more. Our concierge will also be able to advise you on things to do and see in Palm Springs during your visit.
What should I plan to pack?
Don’t forget your favorite swimwear, hat, and sunscreen. The Taco Shop Gift Shop will also be open for gifts or if you forget your favorite Taco Bell shirt.
Is there a gym onsite?
A gym is available but you’re not going to want to miss our daily morning Hot Yoga session to get your day started.
Rooms
What amenities will be offered in my room?
All rooms include a mini fridge with complimentary snacks and beverages, Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV, hair dryer, toiletries, and an in-room safe.
Booking + Cancellations
I can no longer attend. Can I sell my room?
Unfortunately no. All rooms are non-transferrable and unable to be resold. The name on the original reservation must match the name on the government-issued ID and credit card at time of check-in. If you are unable to attend, you must cancel your room reservation.
Can I buy my room off of a third party site (i.e. eBay)?
For your own sake, please don’t. All rooms are non-transferrable and unable to be resold, so anyone re-selling or selling rooms online isn’t making sure you’ll actually be able to check-in. The only way to book a room is through Taco Bell. Any requests to change the name on a room reservation will not be granted.
Is there a minimum booking? How long do you recommend I book a room?
Guests have the option of one, two or three night visits. The resort will offer plenty to do, see and eat with entertainment and Taco Bell twists throughout.
How many people are allowed per room?
King rooms have a maximum occupancy of 2 people and Queen rooms have a maximum occupancy of 4 people.
Can my friends come hang at the hotel?
Only those registered to stay at the hotel with designated wristbands received at check-in are allowed in hotel rooms/common areas.
I can’t find my confirmation email. Can I get it resent to me?
If you do not receive your confirmation email within 24 hours of booking, please reach out to us on Twitter @tacobellcare.
What’s the cancellation policy?
If we were you, we wouldn’t do that. All cancellations must be made 2 weeks prior to check-in date. Any cancellations received less than 2 weeks prior to check-in will be charged 1-night room + tax.
What if I have accessibility requirements?
The hotel has accessible rooms. Guests requesting an accessible room will need to indicate this in the designated section during the booking process.
What type of payment will be accepted at the hotel?
The Bell accepts American Express, Diners Club International, Discover, JCB, MasterCard and Visa for reservations, gift shop and restaurant purchases.
Can guests bring pets?
Sorry, it’s probably time to find a pet-sitter while you’re at The Bell (except for service animals). Your furry friends will understand.
